We are recruiting for a boutique Google Cloud Specialised Data Analytics Partner focused on modernising data stacks for ambitious businesses across the UK, Europe, and North America. The Role: Analytics Consultant
You will work on key client projects delivering data engineering and analytics solutions. This role requires you to proactively manage multiple engagements, build trusted client relationships, and deliver projects independently or as a team lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery: End-to-end delivery of data engineering and analytics initiatives.
o Implementing cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, BigQuery).
o Data modelling and transformation using dbt and Dataform.
o Developing dashboards and visualizations (Looker, Power BI).
o Ensuring data quality and utilizing Agile (scrum/kanban) methodologies.
Architecting: Designing data flows, data models, and documenting business logic.
Mentoring & Knowledge: Guiding junior team members and pursuing continuous learning and partner certifications (eg, Looker, Google Cloud Data Engineer).
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a highly competent professional with strong migration expertise who has already worked for a data or analytics consultancy.
Essential Skills:
Consultancy Track Record: Demonstrable experience working for a data/analytics consultancy with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
Migration Experience: Excellent, hands-on experience in data migration projects.
Modern Data Stack Expertise: Real-world experience with Google Cloud and key tools like dbt, Looker, Fivetran, Google BigQuery, and/or Snowflake.
Technical Mastery: An excellent grasp of SQL, data modelling, cloud data warehousing, and database design.
Familiarity with software development practices in an analytics context (eg, git, CI/CD).
Located in the UK.
