We are currently seeking a Development Support Engineer for an initial 12 month contract, based out of London.
Fluent Japanese is mandatory
Responsibilities;
- Provide high-quality partner support through our ticketing systems.
- Work closely with senior team members to implement operational readiness plans for Partner deliverables
- Implement all SOPs with the highest level of quality across Access & Account, Hardware, Support, Release, and Events Operations
- Contribute to and maintain knowledge bases for support processes and operational workflows
- Participate in developer communications and support developer events and technical conferences
Requirements;
- Should have good observation and analysis skills in relation to issues
- Can handle multiple queries and shows courtesy even in pressure situation
- Knowledge about principles to provide customer satisfaction by meeting quality standards
- Ability to learn and master specific software
- Excellent complex problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues
- Experience on Jira administration, including workflow configuration, project settings management, and portfolio setup
- Fluent written and spoken Japanese
Preferred;
- Experience working in application and/or technical support field
- Project Management Certification
- Experience Scripting in Python, JavaScript, & HTML5
- Understanding of current programming languages (C/C++)
- Understanding of contemporary source control software (SVN, Git, Perforce)
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, routing)
- Expert understanding of MS Office and Google Drive
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese
- Proficient in both written and spoken Korean
