Digital Product Solutions Consultant | London | Hybrid | £60K-£75K (d.o.e.)

Sentinel are working closely with an award winning organisation to recruit a Digital Product Solutions Consultant. Collaborating with a high performing team you will have a key role in delivering digital product platforms and processes that generate value for the business and their clients. This will involve bespoke mobile and web Applications, defining the product direction, user journeys and technical frameworks.

Accountabilities:

• Understanding user behaviour, client objectives and operational processes
• Maintain product roadmaps
• Define and monitor success metrics
• Shape functionality of core apps, integration strategy, data flows and future extension points
• Translate client and business requirements into technical solutions
• Document solution designs and workflows
• Support project delivery teams and ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability and maintainability standards

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in delivering Digital Solutions, designing or contributing to mobile or web applications
• Understanding of modern web technologies and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of system design, microservices, integrations and familiarity with databases
• Understanding of user journeys, UX principles and customer value propositions
• Excellent communication skills
