- Extensive experience in Solution Architecture within large, complex environments
- Strong understanding of architecture governance, standards, and best practices
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and target architectures
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies including DevOps, Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical technology solutions
