Power Platform Developer (London, Hybrid)

We're hiring a Power Platform Developer to design, build and scale business-critical apps and automations across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. You'll work closely with product owners and SMEs to translate messy processes into secure, well-governed solutions that actually stick.

What you'll do

• Deliver end-to-end solutions: requirements design build test deploy support.

• Build Canvas/Model-driven apps with responsive UX, role-based access, and strong data models in Dataverse.

• Orchestrate workflows in Power Automate (cloud/desktop), including approval flows, RPA where useful, and scheduled jobs.

• Create custom connectors and integrate with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), Microsoft Graph, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, AI Search).

• Implement ALM with Solutions, PAC CLI, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps; manage multi-environment pipelines and config.

• Apply governance: DLP policies, environment strategy, Entra ID (Azure AD) permissions, auditing, and data loss prevention.

• Ensure reliability: error handling, retries, App Insights/Log Analytics telemetry, and performance optimisation.

• Produce clean documentation, handover packs, and light training for super-users/support.

What you'll bring

• Strong track record delivering Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse solutions in production.

• Solid integration skills (REST/Graph APIs, webhooks, custom connectors) and Power FX proficiency.

• Practical ALM experience (Solutions, managed vs unmanaged, environments, source control, pipelines).

• Data modelling chops (Dataverse tables/relationships, security roles, field-level security).

• Understanding of licensing, DLP, environment strategy, and tenant-wide governance/CoE best practices.

• Bonus: Power Pages, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI/Copilot integration, TypeScript/.NET for Back End services.
