Superb London based client, are looking for a Delivery Support Assistant, for an initial 6 month contract, with a hybrid working set up.

You will provide operational and administrative support to the product team; including project coordination, workshop organization support, documentation, governance and communications.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the wider delivery function to provide product inputs and updates into workstreams, trackers, and governance processes. Ensure alignment between product priorities and delivery milestones.
  • Operational Support: Schedule and manage meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners. Prepare agendas, capture actions, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
  • Workshop Organization & Support: Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual workshops (venue booking, invites, materials). Support facilitation by preparing content, capturing outputs, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
  • Documentation & Governance: Organize and maintain product documentation (roadmaps, briefs, FAQs). Support governance processes, including approvals and compliance checks.
  • Communication: Draft and circulate concise updates for stakeholders. Coordinate with marketing and enablement teams for collateral distribution.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide flexible support for a range of operational and team activities as needed. This may include assisting with onboarding, helping coordinate team events, supporting follow-up actions from key initiatives, and stepping in to address emerging priorities or logistical needs as they arise.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, PMO, or delivery support roles.
