A leading City of London services practice is looking for a AI Transformation Professional who has owned and delivered complex change projects end to end.

The role:

🔹 Lead digital transformation and process improvement projects

🔹 Streamline workflows and consolidate data into a single source of truth

🔹 Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation across the firm

🔹 Translate business needs into solutions — then make them stick

You bring:

✅ End-to-end project delivery — from scoping through to adoption

✅ Hands-on experience streamlining processes and consolidating data

✅ PM, BA or Change Adoption skills — ideally two or all three

✅ A track record in professional services or a similarly complex environment

✅ Comfort with modern cloud platforms and a genuine curiosity about AI
