Business Analyst | eCommerce & Retail | End-to-End Delivery

📄 6 Months | 💼 Outside IR35 | 📍 Central London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a multi-brand global retail business looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to support ambitious eCommerce and retail programmes.

You’ll turn big ideas into clear, prioritised, delivery-ready requirements across multiple workstreams.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Own and shape structured, prioritised product backlogs

📝 Write clear, testable user stories (Given / When / Then)

🛍️ Support end-to-end eCommerce delivery — from discovery to release

🛠️ Contribute to Shopify builds and ongoing digital enhancements

🔄 Champion Agile, Scrum & Lean best practice

🤝 Bridge technical & non-technical teams to drive clarity and momentum

🎯 What You’ll Bring

✔️ Proven BA experience within eCommerce or Retail

✔️ Strong Agile delivery across complex, cross-functional workstreams

✔️ Excellent stakeholder engagement & communication skills

✔️ Confidence in digital transformation environments

➕ Shopify experience (highly desirable)
