What You ll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and maintaining automated test systems using advanced test & measurement instruments.
• Developing test strategies, measurement processes, and calibration procedures.
• Planning and scheduling test and calibration activities to meet project timelines.
• Analysing test data, identifying issues, and implementing process improvements.
• Collaborating with hardware and software teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices, including ISO 17025.

What We re Looking For

• Degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in test and measurement, RF calibration, and electrical/electronic testing.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards and measurement uncertainty analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of projects.
