Job title – Systems Integration & Automation Specialist Location – Remote with occasional office attendance (once per month in Manchester)Contract – Temporary Hours – 35 hours per week, Start Date – ASAP The Role Summary We are currently recruiting for a Systems Integration & Automation Specialist to support the development and optimisation of integrated systems and automation processes. This role will play a key part in improving API delivery, streamlining workflows, and supporting platform transitions.Your key duties within the role will include:
  • Design, develop, and maintain system integrations across multiple platforms
  • Build and optimise APIs to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support and enhance housing management system integrations (including platforms such as Aareon QL or similar)
  • Automate business processes using Microsoft technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system improvements
  • Contribute to the transition and onboarding of new platforms
Requirements
  • Strong experience working within Microsoft environments
  • Proven experience developing and managing APIs
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server
  • Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate)
  • Background in systems integration and automation
  • Experience working with housing management systems (e.g. Aareon QL) is highly desirable
