Location: Bristol — 1 day per week in the office, remainder remote
Salary: Up to £60,000 basic + car allowance + OTE £150,000+
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are working with a well-established and growing MSP based in Bristol to find an experienced Account Director to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior sales professional who is ready to take ownership of a warm portfolio of accounts and drive significant revenue growth across a broad technology portfolio.
You will be walking into an established customer base with existing relationships and real opportunity to grow — this is not a cold-start role. The focus is on building trusted, long-term partnerships with clients and positioning the business as their go-to technology partner across Managed Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI and Security.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Taking ownership of a portfolio of existing client accounts and building deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell across the full technology portfolio including Managed Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI and Security
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the existing account base
- Working consultatively with clients to understand their business challenges and positioning the right solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to close
- Collaborating with technical pre-sales, delivery and solutions teams to design and present compelling proposals
- Accurately forecasting and reporting pipeline activity and revenue performance
- Representing the business at client meetings, industry events and senior stakeholder engagements
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales or account management role within a Microsoft-focused MSP environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets within a technology sales environment
- Strong knowledge of Managed Services, Cloud (Microsoft Azure/M365), Infrastructure, AI and Security solutions
- Experienced in managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Confident selling at C-suite and senior decision-maker level
- Commercially astute with the ability to build strong business cases and ROI-led proposals
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to manage your own time and pipeline effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
