This is a newly created role, designed to remove reliance on manual processes and drive smarter, scalable ways of working.
This position offers a genuine move away from ticket-heavy support into a strategic, build-focused role, where youll take ownership of automation across the business.
Youll work closely with senior stakeholders, define best practices, and have a real impact on service delivery and business performance.
The Role Youll act as the internal subject matter expert for automation, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on N-Central RMM.
Operating with a high level of autonomy, youll bridge the gap between technical teams and leadership, identifying inefficiencies and delivering end-to-end solutions.
