The role:

  • As Junior Project Manager you will work with the PMO Project Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of strategic and operational initiatives.
  • The Junior Project Manager will support the co-ordination of project activities engaging with stakeholders at all levels and ensuring timely and accurate reporting, governance and control.
  • In the role the Junior Project Manager will support on a wide range of projects ranging from IT to supply chain to operating processes and improvement
  • The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution and closure of cross functional projects and will contribute to reports and dashboard creation and status reporting

Ideal Candidate

  • This Junior Project Management role is ideal for an individual with a couple of years project management gained from retail, FMCG or hospitality. It is essential to have fantastic planning and organization skills
  • It is essential to have strong organizational and time management skills along with being a proficient Microsoft Office user – you must have a track record of creating professional documents, reports and presentations.
  • Ideally you will have experience of project management tools such as Trello or MS Project.
  • For the role you must have excellent interpersonal skills, communication, listening, influencing, networking and problem-solving skills are all essential for this role. In addition, customer and strategic focus are key along with commercial awareness
