D365 BC Functional Consultant

We're recruiting on behalf of a Microsoft Partner with a reputation for delivering smart, scalable, people-focused ERP solutions. Now, they're looking for a Business Central Functional Consultant to join their remote team and help us shape the next generation of digital transformation for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with clients to understand their business processes, advise them on best-practice BC functionality, and guide them through successful implementations. Expect variety. Every project is different, and you'll be involved end-to-end.

Your role will include:

• Leading functional workshops and gathering requirements
• Designing BC solutions that actually solve real business problems
• Configuring modules across Finance, Ops, Warehouse, Sales, etc.
• Supporting full implementations, upgrades, and optimisations
• Writing functional specs for the technical team
• Supporting UAT and go-live activities
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients

What They're Looking For

You don't need every certification under the sun, they care more about your mindset, curiosity, and ability to make projects run smoothly.

Ideally, you bring:

• Proven experience as a D365 BC / NAV Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of core BC modules
• A consultative approach and the ability to challenge requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end (or eager to learn!)
• Comfort working remotely as part of a collaborative team
