D365 BC Project Manager

Our client, a growing and innovative organisation, is seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects. Role Overview

As the D365 BC Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder management, solution design coordination, and go-live readiness. You will play a key role in ensuring the implementation aligns with business requirements and delivers measurable value.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full project lifecycle for D365 Business Central implementations
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional outcomes
  • Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and external partners
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Lead workshops, walkthroughs, and change management activities
  • Ensure successful data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support
  • Identify risks, mitigate issues, and keep leadership updated with clear reporting

 

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering ERP projects, ideally D365 Business Central
  • Solid understanding of finance, operations, and/or supply chain processes
  • Strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2 beneficial)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams
  • Ability to work in a structured yet agile environment
