D365 Business Central Functional Consultant (United Kingdom)

Due to an expanding Microsoft Dynamics practice, my client is looking for a talented and driven D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their team.

You’ll play a key role in implementing and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients across a range of industries. From gathering requirements to go-live support, you’ll guide businesses through transformation with insight, best practice, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specs
• Configure and customise D365 Business Central to align with client goals
• Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on solution delivery
• Support pre-sales efforts with solution design input and client demos
• Stay up to date with D365 BC updates and extensions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with D365 Business Central / NAV
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with Power Platform or related Microsoft stack is a plus
