D365 Developer - 12 Month FTC

Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on customer-focused, innovative solutions that enhance the experience for both customers and colleagues.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary SCRUM team, developing and delivering solutions that are resilient, cost-effective, and aligned with the Banks strategy.

This is a hybrid role that'll require you to work from their London offices 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into working, customer-focused D365 solutions.
  • Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog review, show-and-tell).
  • Create low-level designs and develop custom plug-ins, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other customisations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users.
  • Take ownership of assigned features, unit testing, and deployments to Test/Production environments.
  • Maintain solutions that comply with security and regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce complexity, and improve efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform expertise with development experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a D365 Developer, with knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • End-to-end development and delivery experience.
  • Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and D365 customisations.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom connectors.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, GIT, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
