We're recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing business that is investing heavily in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management across its international operations.
This is an opportunity to join a growing Dynamics team where you'll have genuine influence over the future direction of the platform. The business is specifically looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas from a Microsoft Partner or consultancy background and help drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working.
You'll be joining a collaborative Dynamics team of six, reporting directly to the Dynamics Solution Architect and working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
What you'll be doing
- Gathering and analysing business requirements
- Designing and improving Dynamics 365 Finance solutions
- Working on the ongoing rollout and enhancement of D365 F&SCM
- Leading workshops with finance stakeholders
- Creating functional specifications and test scripts
- Supporting UAT and project delivery activities
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usage
- Working with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
- Strong knowledge of Finance modules including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Project Accounting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience gathering requirements and producing functional documentation
- Experience working within manufacturing or complex operational environments
Highly Desirable
- Microsoft Partner or consultancy background
- Experience delivering D365 Finance implementations
- Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements
- Exposure to Business Intelligence, reporting, or data governance
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
