Dynamics 365 F&O Finance / Supply Chain Support Consultant

We’re working with a well-established organisation in the North West looking to add a D365 F&O Finance or Supply Chain Support Consultant to their growing in-house team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong culture, collaborative environment, and a live international D365 F&O landscape that continues to evolve post go-live.

You’ll play a key role providing 2nd/3rd line support across multiple entities, supporting users across different countries while working alongside an experienced team of Dynamics professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting a live D365 F&O environment across Finance or Supply Chain
• Providing 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting system issues
• Working closely with international stakeholders and end users
• Supporting ongoing rollouts, improvements, and user adoption
• Collaborating with an experienced internal Dynamics team

What They’re Looking For

• Strong D365 F&O experience (Finance or Supply Chain)
• Proven 2nd/3rd line support background
• Confident troubleshooting and supporting international users
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
