Senior D365 Developer - 12 month FTC

Our client, a leading Financial Institution, is looking for a Senior D365 Developer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the D365 platform, delivering customer-focused, resilient solutions that make a real difference for colleagues and customers alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Translate business requirements into working, user-focused solutions
• Design and develop C#, plugins, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, SSIS, and SSRS solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and influence platform architecture
• Ensure solutions are aligned with strategy, secure, and future-proofed
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years D365 Developer experience (Sales, Service, Marketing modules)
• Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure integration services, DevOps (GIT, Azure DevOps, CI/CD)
• Experience providing technical guidance on architecture, standards, and resilience
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about user-focused design and high-quality delivery

Hybrid – 2 days in London
