What we’re looking for

• Strong experience across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (BizApps)
• Proven software engineering background (.NET / C#)
• Experience beyond low-code (plugins, APIs, integrations)
• Ability to engage directly with stakeholders
• Experience delivering in complex, enterprise environments
• Central Government experience
• SC Clearance (or eligibility)
• Interest in AI / automation

Levels Available:

Senior Consultant (£75k–£90k)

Hands-on delivery. Builds complex components. Contributes to design.

Lead Consultant (£90k–£105k)

Owns workstreams. Leads delivery. Balances engineering with client engagement.

Solution Architect (£105k–£120k)

Owns end-to-end architecture. Defines technical strategy. Senior client-facing role.
