We are looking for a skilled Onsite Helpdesk Engineer with proven experience in Financial Services / Banking environments. If you thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced settings and enjoy solving real-time IT issues, this role is for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1) Deliver 1st & 2nd line IT support (hardware, software, network)

2) Troubleshoot laptops, printers, phones, and trading floor devices

3) Act as the first point of contact for IT issues

4) Manage incidents in line with strict SLAs

5) Handle user accounts, access control, and security policies

6) Support deployments, upgrades, and IT projects

🏦 Required Experience

1) Background in Financial Services / Banking IT support

2) Understanding of regulated environments & compliance

3) Experience supporting front-office / VIP / trading users

4) Strong awareness of IT security practices

1) Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving

2) Strong communication & stakeholder handling

3) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets

📩 Eligibility:

1) We need financial background of engineer like in banking sector. This is must

EUC L1 engineer experience with banking sector.
