Senior Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist-level accountant to join a thriving international technology business based in Leeds. This newly created Management Accountant role offers the chance to work closely with a recently promoted Financial Controller, gaining broad exposure across the finance function while playing a key role in the company’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts from start to finish.
  • Assisting with board pack production, including insightful commentary and financial analysis.
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure the business remains aligned with strategic growth plans.
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Reviewing and improving existing reporting processes using advanced Excel techniques.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior finance team members, acting as a key day-to-day contact for guidance and training.

About You

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, part-qualified finalist, or in the final stages of qualification.
  • Previous experience producing management accounts within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to enhance reporting and analysis.
  • Motivated, commercially aware, and eager to progress your finance career.
