Principal/Client Partner (Delivery) - Executive Search

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London.

Basic salary - £70k

OTE - £150,000+.

I've partnered with an early-stage search and advisory firm to fill a Principal/Client Partner role with GTM experience.

My clients are strategic growth partners to some of the top VCs across the globe, working with early-stage start-ups, taking them all the way to IPO or acquisition by building out their GTM and technical functions.

They are now the go-to GTM team builders for several of Silicon Valley's biggest funds, as well as several emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

Some of their recent partnerships have included Docker, Sauce Labs, Cyera, Fable, Harness and Monday.com

For this role, you'll ideally come from an Executive search firm experienced in GTM/Commercial hiring within high-growth startups/scale-ups.

This means you'll have experience recruiting anything from teams of Account Executives through to VP of Sales / C Suite level leadership roles.

The firm operates on a retained/exclusive search basis, so this is a great opportunity to transition from contingency to search.

You'll be based out of their London office, with the opportunity to travel to meet clients and attend industry events within GTM.

You'll be educated to a good level, very literate, and an excellent communicator.
