Delivery Consultant (Technology Recruitment).

Basic salary - £32,000 / £42,000

OTE - £70,000+.

Hybrid - 4 days a week in the office.

MUST HAVE TECHNOLOGY RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE (ideally within the Public Sector or with consultancies)

MUST HAVE CONTRACT RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE.

We want to speak to IT/Technology Recruiters from a 360 or Delivery background to join a busy Key Accounts department in an award-winning Technology Recruitment Agency.

You'll have the following experience/qualities;

• Recruitment (360 or Delivery, Contract or Perm)
• Great candidate sourcing skills through mediums like LinkedIn, internal CRM, and job boards
• Ability to qualify candidates against complex job specs
• Good copy skills for writing job adverts
• A proactive approach to managing a seamless candidate experience
• Proven track record in successfully placing candidates
