Executive Search Delivery Consultant (Tech)

Role: (Tech) Delivery / Account Manager

Hybrid: 2 days WFH / Flexible Hours

Comms: Flat 30% no threshold

I've partnered with a boutique search firm who partner with some of the most exciting early stage start up's on a global scale.

This firm has a quality first approach, you'll be searching for the top Engineering & AI talent including leadership roles.

This is the perfect opportunity for a Tech Recruiter who has experience placing into the start up space now looking to step away from traditional transactional recruitment.

This role is a Delivery Consultant role but you'll still remain very hands on client side I.e. Account Management/Client Management whilst ensuring great process and delivery.

Important things:

• Base to £50k (DOE)

• Hybrid working 2 days from home

• Fully flexible hours allowing you to manage your day with no micromanagement

• Flat 30% comms structure - no threshold

I'd love to speak with:

• Agency / Search Recruiters

• 180 or 360 Recruiters

• Ideally someone with experience placing into start ups / scale ups (VC backed even better)

• Recruiters who are super process driven and able to identify top tech talent
