Senior Business Analyst - £120k base

Are you ready to drive technological innovation in equities trading at a leading British investment bank?

In this pivotal role, you'll bridge business and technology, shaping the equities platform by translating complex needs into actionable solutions, automating workflows, and enhancing client services across front, middle, and back office operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years' experience as a BA in investment banking IT, a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Finance, Business or related field, and proven competence in business analysis methodologies, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.

Favoured competencies include a strong equities background encompassing front-to-back operations, the trading lifecycle, and electronic trading; plus knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, agile/waterfall methods, high-level systems design, and familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week on-site in Central London.
