Position Overview

As a Power Platform Developer specialising in Copilot, this role focuses on designing and delivering intelligent Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions that enhance user experiences, streamline processes, and create measurable business value.

The position involves working on innovative AI programmes, taking ownership of technical delivery, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to build secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
• Design conversational flows, topics, actions and agent instructions
• Build AI-driven workflows using generative orchestration techniques
• Integrate solutions with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems
• Develop Azure Functions, APIs, middleware and custom connectors
• Optimise prompts, responses and overall user experience
• Support testing, deployment and ongoing releases
• Ensure adherence to security, governance and responsible AI standards
• Provide technical guidance and promote best practices

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Strong Power Platform expertise, including Power Automate and Dataverse
• Understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering and conversational design
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services and enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of APIs, Azure Functions or custom connector development
• Familiarity with security, authentication and governance principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
