This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the Chief Operating Office and Digital Team as an AVT Operational Change and Implementation Lead, supporting the introduction of Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) across Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.About You
- A post graduate qualification at master's level or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through a combination of in-depth experience postgraduate or post registration study, research and/or courses.
- Experience of leading operational implementation of service change across clinical services Strong programme management skills including planning, risk management, dependency management and reporting.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Associate Director of Operations, some of your responsibilities will include:
To lead on work to introduce Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) at Sheffield Children's Hospital.
To redesign the way in which clinical documentation fits into the flow of care making it easier for the clinicians to focus on the patient throughout their consultation.
To work closely with clinical, digital and operational teams to shape how the new technology is adopted across the Trust.
To support colleagues in embedding new ways of working that increase efficiency and reduce the administrative burden.

Qualifications and Training
- Post Graduate qualification at master's level or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through a combination of in-depth experience postgraduate or post registration study, research and/or courses
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Recognised project/programme management qualification
Experience
- Experience of leading operational implementation of service change across clinical services
- Experience of translating digital or technology enabled change into practical clinical and administrative workflows
- Experience of working with clinical and operational teams to redesign processes, manage adoption risks and embed new ways of working
- Experience of leading digital programmes within a complex or regulated environment.
- Experience of working with multiple teams to deliver technology enabled change
- Experience of producing governance reports for senior committees or programme boards.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong programme management skills including planning, risk management, dependency management and reporting
- Awareness of coordinating technical readiness including IG, DPIA, data security and system integration requirements
- Understanding of NHS digital governance including IG, DPIA, Caldicott and SIRO processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences
- Analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs and evaluate programme outcomes
- Training and facilitation skills to support colleague onboarding and adoption
- Proactive problem solver able to anticipate issues and identify solutions
- Understanding workflow and processes and ability to apply this in complex settings
- Experience of cross organisational programme delivery
