Job Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Support
- Support the day-to-day management of client relationships and account activities
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
- Respond to client requests and work with internal teams to coordinate solutions
- Develop an understanding of client requirements and how software solutions support service delivery
- Assist with client reviews, contract renewals, and ongoing account development
Projects & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Client Services, Product, Support, Development, and Finance teams
- Support client projects, system upgrades, workshops, and training activities
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and meeting notes
- Assist with user groups, events, and internal process improvements
Marketing & Sector Engagement
- Support marketing activities including newsletters, case studies, and social media content
- Research trends within healthcare, social care, and healthcare technology sectors
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- A 2:1 or First-class degree in Psychology, History, Business, or a related discipline from a leading university (Russell Group or equivalent)
- 1–2 years of professional work experience
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage workload independently in a remote-working environment
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undertake a DBS check
Desirable
- Experience working with clients, customers, or stakeholders
- Interest in healthcare, social care, technology, or public sector services
- Experience supporting projects, events, or communications activities
- Commercial awareness and interest in business development
