Job Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Support

  • Support the day-to-day management of client relationships and account activities
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
  • Respond to client requests and work with internal teams to coordinate solutions
  • Develop an understanding of client requirements and how software solutions support service delivery
  • Assist with client reviews, contract renewals, and ongoing account development

Projects & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Client Services, Product, Support, Development, and Finance teams
  • Support client projects, system upgrades, workshops, and training activities
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Assist with user groups, events, and internal process improvements

Marketing & Sector Engagement

  • Support marketing activities including newsletters, case studies, and social media content
  • Research trends within healthcare, social care, and healthcare technology sectors

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • A 2:1 or First-class degree in Psychology, History, Business, or a related discipline from a leading university (Russell Group or equivalent)
  • 1–2 years of professional work experience
  • Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently in a remote-working environment
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to undertake a DBS check

Desirable

  • Experience working with clients, customers, or stakeholders
  • Interest in healthcare, social care, technology, or public sector services
  • Experience supporting projects, events, or communications activities
  • Commercial awareness and interest in business development
