Product Solutions Analyst – Software House

Remote | Product Solutions / Analysis / Software / Technology / Business Analysis

For almost 30 years, the firm has developed software solutions that support organisations across healthcare and social care.

We work closely with NHS organisations, charities, local authorities, and community providers to help deliver services to vulnerable people through practical, thoughtfully designed technology.

  • Build positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Product Analysis & Improvement

  • Support workflow analysis and solution discussions
  • Assist with testing and validation of new functionality
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and improvement opportunities

Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with Product, Development, Client Services, and Support teams
  • Contribute to product improvement initiatives
  • Develop confidence presenting and demonstrating systems to clients
  • Build knowledge of healthcare workflows, governance, and service delivery
  • Progress into a more senior product or client-facing role over time

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Degree in Business, Psychology, History, Technology, Healthcare, or a related discipline

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable learning software systems and technical concepts
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently within a remote-working environment
  • Good IT literacy including Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Desirable

  • Experience within software, healthcare, public sector, or service-based environments
  • Experience supporting clients, users, or stakeholders
  • Exposure to business analysis, workflow mapping, or product improvement activities
  • Experience demonstrating software systems or supporting workshops
  • Understanding of databases, reporting, APIs, or system integrations
