It Platform Project Co-Ordinator

I am seeking a IT Platform Project Co-Ordinator to join my clients Digital Team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running and adoption of digital platforms, supporting both office and site teams in getting the most from tools.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and configuring projects, managing user access, maintaining data quality, and resolving platform issues. Beyond daily operations, you will play a key role in supporting users, delivering training, and helping teams to embed digital workflows effectively.

The role also includes working with JSON structures and supporting basic API configurations to improve integration and streamline processes. This is a practical, people-facing position that requires strong digital confidence, problem-solving ability, and empathy in supporting colleagues through change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Set-up & Configuration – configure projects, manage permissions, upload data, and support workflow customisation.
  • Data & Maintenance – ensure ongoing accuracy of platform data, align multiple systems, and validate information.
  • User Access Control – create, update, and manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Support & Troubleshooting – act as first-line support, resolving issues and feeding back recurring problems for long-term improvements.
  • Platform Development – build basic forms, explore underused features, and support the rollout of new functionality.
  • Training & Documentation – create clear, user-friendly guides, checklists, and training sessions tailored to different learning styles.
  • Standards & Best Practice – champion consistent digital practices, maintain documentation, conduct data quality checks, and support wider business improvements.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python and JSON for troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Exposure to REST APIs and their setup (endpoints, headers, payloads).

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Understanding of project workflows and digital data capture tools.
  • Awareness of access protocols, data quality standards, and governance.
  • Experience with digital platforms preferred.
  • Previous involvement in user management or platform-related projects.
