We are on the look out for a technically minded individual to join a fun team in the technical support department of a forward-thinking business in Watford.

Are you looking for a role that will challenge you daily and allow you to proactively problem solve This role will provide all that and more!! You will be working alongside engineers supporting them with all back office technical information and administration.

Key Responsibilities for technical support agent

• Handing inbound and outbound calls
• Liaising with technical support for outsourced companies when needed
• Assisting with sales team queries
• Completing product investigations
• Following up on tickets opened
