They are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience, as well as someone who has technical experience, or a very natural technical mindset.

Technical Customer Support Duties:

• Dealing with customer support requests
• Liaising with mobile network providers
• Assisting internal and external teams with their queries
• Delivering monthly quality and quantity targets
