Job summary

Nottinghamshire Health Informatics Service (NHIS) is a leading provider of Information Management & Technology (IM&T) services, supporting health and care organisations across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS). We deliver digital services including infrastructure management, cyber security, technical support, project management, and training. Our collaborative approach helps improve health and care services for citizens, supporting over 13,000 users at nearly 800 sites.

As a Digital Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of customers' ICT strategies, acting as the main point of contact for NHIS customers and suppliers for non-fault related matters.

You will provide expert ICT advice, manage projects and supplier teams, and facilitate the resolution of service delivery issues. This is a dynamic role requiring strong relationship management, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of NHIS services to customers
  • Represent NHIS at customer and supplier forums
  • Manage opportunities, account management calls, and service delivery problems
  • Liaise with NHIS Service Desk, ICT specialists, customers, and suppliers
  • Assist with communications between NHIS teams, suppliers, and customers
