Digital and Social Inclusion Co-Ordinator
Job summary
Are you passionate about making digital health services accessible to everyone? TheDigital Transformation Departmentis looking for an energetic and compassionate individual to join us as aDigital Inclusion Co-ordinator.
In this exciting engagement role, you'll help patients and staff across Sherwood Forest Hospitals understand and use digital platforms such as theNHS AppandPatient Knows Best, ensuring they get the most from local health services. You'll work closely with Trust staff and patient groups to reduce health inequalities by promoting digital inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage digital inclusion projects across the Sherwood Forest Hospitals catchment area, with support from the Digital & Information Team.
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of digital inclusion schemes and initiatives.
- Monitor progress against project objectives, report on actions, and use insights to advise and develop services.

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths or Equivalent Level
- GCSE English or Equivalent Level
- Project Management qualification or equivalent experience

- Educated to diploma level or equivalent qualification/ experience

- Experience of working as part of a team
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and effective manner

Contractual Requirements
- Ability to work flexibly, outside normal office hours in order to suit the needs of the customers

- Highly developed keyboard skills with considerable VDU usage
- Requirement to travel extensively within the region and on occasion nationally
- Car driver is essential
