Service Delivery Team Manager
Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Team Manager within the Technical Operations Strategic Business Unit (SBU) at NHIS. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that is working to future-proof the NHS by delivering vital digital services and supporting the transformation of healthcare through technology.
As part of the Technical SBU, your primary goal will be to support the delivery of Service Level Agreements, design and implement technical solutions, and work collaboratively with our Partners and Customers to align with clinical and IT strategies.
You'll be supporting the Users and Devices across Kings Mill Hospital, GP practices, and Community Health services around Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Experience
- Significant experience managing a medium sized Service desk or I.T. technical support role. Supervising Staff
- To have at significant management experience solving computer based systems at a senior level
- Must understand and be conversant with all of the following operating systems and enterprise management, support and deployment of: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11
- Must have experience of developing Virtual Desktops and applications
- Must have in depth knowledge of software deployment
- Must have knowledge of Group Policy configurations
