IT Administrator

Job summary

We are looking for a motivated, and flexible IT and GP Administrator who has knowledge of Emis Web and Docman10 to join our busy practice. You will be responsible for running searches, reports, QoF updates with some reception and administration duties. You will also be assisting with clinical rotas. You will need excellent customer service and communication skills.

This is a 25 hour post working over 5 days Monday - Friday working on reception as well as IT administrator. A background in primary care or NHS administration is essential. The ability to remain calm and work under pressure, along with experience of working with the public in a customer service environment is essential.

Main duties of the job

One day is never the same, the role requires someone with exceptional communication skills. You will be working closely to management and will need a experience working with EMIS and Docman 10. Collating reports/ searches and working on QOF. You will also be required to provide training staff as and when required.

To assist with running audits

It is a busy Medical Centre; therefore the ability to work under pressure is a must. It is pivotal that you are a team player, working collectively to excel patient care.

Job responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, and flexible IT administrator to join our busy practice. You will be responsible for running EMIS searches, running daily reports. Running Audit reports. Manage QOF audits and QOF searches. Ensure correct coding is carried out. Build new searches. Archive any old reports/data etc. Running reports on DOCMAN 10 as well as carry out audits on the DOCMAN system.

Must have excellent communication skills. Flexibility with regards to working hours will be essential for this post. A background in primary care or NHS administration is essential. The ability to remain calm and work under pressure, along with experience of working with the public in a customer service environment is essential.

It would be beneficial if you have experience within the Care navigation model, to excel patient satisfaction and care.
