Project Manager – Transformation | Operational Delivery | SaaS Products

We’re partnering with a growing mid-market asset manager seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead business systems implementations and operational transformation initiatives across the organisation.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, and business improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end business systems and transformation projects

• Leading process improvement and workflow optimisation initiatives

• Coordinating stakeholders across operations, technology, and leadership teams

• Driving timelines, adoption, and successful delivery outcomes

• Working closely with internal teams and external vendors/partners

Ideal background:

• Proven project management experience across systems implementation, SaaS products, or operational transformation projects

• Strong understanding of operational workflows and business systems

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions

• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
