Job Description: Business Consulting Services (BCS) leader - Supply Chain

Location: UK

Experience: 12–15 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact BCS consultant to lead strategic engagements across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level supply chain strategy and technical execution. Acting as a strategic product owner, you will independently drive workstreams, translate complex business needs into actionable solutions, and champion data-driven decision-making.

Key Profile Requirements

• Supply Chain Mastery: Deep expertise in demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP/IBP, and network planning. Hands-on experience with APS platforms like Blue Yonder is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Literacy: Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineering teams, managing data grain, master data mappings, semantic models, and Power BI product delivery without needing to be a developer.
• Consultative Leadership: A proven record of stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and facilitating workshops that align business goals with technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and scoping of client requirements, translating business goals into robust, data-driven strategies.
• Act as the pivotal liaison between business stakeholders and technical data science/engineering teams.
• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are prioritized, high-quality, and adopted successfully by the end-user.
• Facilitate workshops and drive consensus in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to solving supply chain challenges, leveraging your domain expertise to deliver 3x-4x ROI on client data platforms.
