HR Manager

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary between £56,200 and £59,050. It follows a hybrid working pattern, three days in the office and two from home. Based in London, you’ll be part of an inclusive, people-focused team that values innovation, wellbeing, and professional growth.
You’ll support around 150 employees across multiple UK sites and, once appointed, will manage an HR Assistant / Office Manager. Working closely with senior HR colleagues and international partners, you’ll play a key role in shaping the organisation’s collaborative, people-centred culture. In this varied role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for HR queries and manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contracts to employee relations and HR systems. You’ll also partner with managers to deliver trusted advice and lead on engagement projects. The role supports key initiatives across learning, wellbeing, and systems improvement. HR Manager – Key Responsibilities:• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, managing day-to-day operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and best practice.
• Maintain and develop HR systems and data reporting to ensure accuracy and insight.
• Support payroll coordination and HR compliance activities.
• Lead and contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and harmonisation projects.
• Collaborate across teams on HR policies, initiatives, and learning opportunities
HR Manager – Key Skills:• Proven HR management or senior generalist experience with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Confident in employee relations, with a supportive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing HR systems or data.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
