Performance Lead

This 6-month temporary role offers £30–£33 per hour plus holiday pay. The hybrid pattern involves three days onsite in London and two from home. Following the launch of a new organisational strategy, this role ensures performance data is accurate, accessible, and decision-ready. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. The environment is collaborative, with technical expertise highly valued throughout the team. This role focuses on hands-on delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. The aim is to translate complex data into clear narratives that drive meaningful action. Acting as a bridge between data and decision-making, the role ensures insight is understood and used effectively.
Performance Lead – Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality performance reporting using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
- Translate complex datasets into clear insight and actionable recommendations
- Present data to senior stakeholders in a way that drives understanding and action
- Support the development and improvement of dashboards and reporting outputs
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and reporting processes
Performance Lead - Key Skills:
- Strong technical experience in data analysis, performance, or business intelligence
- Advanced Power BI, Tableau, and Excel skills
- Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience working within large, complex organisations such as NHS or local government
