Sales, Content and Marketing Manager

Our signature client, a small and fast-growing technology consultancy specialising solutions for SME’s, is seeking a Marketing & Content Manager to take ownership of and build their brand presence and inbound marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in establishing their reputation in the marketplace while generating high-quality leads.

• Own and evolve the brand identity and messaging across digital channels
• Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
• Manage HubSpot CRM including contact segmentation, campaign management, and lead nurturing workflows
• Collaborate with the product team to create engaging technical content
• Maintain online content repository and social media presence
• Work with partner marketing teams including Microsoft for joint marketing activities
• Track campaign performance and provide strategic insights

• Proven experience in marketing or content-focused role, ideally in technology or B2B sector
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, particularly distilling technical subject matter for business audiences
• Confidence managing CRM and marketing automation systems, ideally HubSpot
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently in hybrid environment
• High agency, integrity, and drive for continuous learning

Bristol based with hybrid working 2 days per week in office. Full-time position with flexible working arrangements available.
