  • Supporting customers with queries throughout the finance application process
  • Assisting with the completion and submission of finance applications
  • Carrying out credit assessments in line with lending criteria and relevant legislation

  • Resolving customer and retailer queries or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Building positive relationships with dealerships and customers
  • Supporting dealerships with finance applications and customer queries
  • Maintaining high quality standards across all customer interactions

What are we looking for?

You’ll ideally have previous experience within customer service, a contact centre, financial services or motor finance environment.

More importantly, you’ll be:

  • A confident and engaging communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
  • Compassionate, considerate and able to build strong relationships
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes pressured environment
  • Resilient and solutions-focused
  • Quality-conscious with excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine team player who takes pride in delivering a great service

Knowledge of the FCA regulatory framework and Consumer Duty would be advantageous, although not essential.

Working pattern & flexibility

The team operates a rotating shift pattern of 9am–5pm and 10am–6pm.

There is also the option to take a 30-minute lunch across four days, allowing for a 2pm finish on the fifth day, with the early-finish day rotated across the team to maintain appropriate coverage.

The organisation also offers flexibility to request to work from home up to two days per week, subject to business requirements.

There is a requirement to work approximately one Saturday every 3–4 weeks, as well as 1–2 bank holidays per year, with time off in lieu provided during the week.
