Contract Workday HRIS Analyst
Remote | 10-month contract
Part-time - 25 hours per week | (inside IR35) £50–£70 per hour

We have an immediate contract requirement for an experienced, hands-on Workday Analyst / Workday Consultant to support an HR team on a part-time basis. The main focus is investigating and resolving support tickets, alongside smaller system improvements and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve Workday issues and requests in close partnership with HR colleagues.
• Configure and test changes to business processes, security and functional settings.
• Support activity across Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Talent.
• Create and maintain reports, and assist with recurring HR processes and data requests.
• Help test and deploy Workday releases and system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday Core HCM.
• Good working knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Talent, with the ability to investigate and resolve support tickets across all four areas.
• Experience with Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
• A methodical approach to troubleshooting and testing.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working directly with HR stakeholders.
