Ad Ops Manager – Global Media Agency
Ad Ops / Platform Manager (Biddable & Data Infrastructure)
London | Hybrid (3 days p/w) | Salary to £55,000
This is a behind-the-scenes but business-critical role sitting at the heart of how global biddable campaigns are structured, tracked and delivered.
You’ll own platform infrastructure across a major global automotive client, ensuring everything from GMP to Meta is set up correctly, integrated properly and enabling best-in-class activation across international markets. If you understand how platforms actually work under the hood, this is where you step up in impact.
Why this role stands out
• Work across a complex, global account with advanced biddable infrastructure
• Own platform setup and data flow across GMP, DSPs and social platforms
• Central role connecting activation, data, analytics and operations
• Exposure to global teams and large-scale multi-market projects
• Opportunity to build out platform best practice and influence how teams operate
Role & Responsibilities
• Own platform infrastructure across GMP (DV360, SA360), Meta and other key platforms
• Manage account structures, user access, integrations and governance across markets
• Lead platform setup and onboarding for new clients and restructuring projects
• Ensure data flows correctly between platforms and into analytics environments
• Coordinate across activation hubs, analytics, tagging and finance teams
• Manage and develop one analyst while working closely with offshore support teams
Skills & Experience
You should have specific experience in at least 3 of the following areas...
- Creating new ad accounts in Meta (including all integrations)
- Creating new ad accounts in Google Ads (including all integrations)
- Enabling integrations between ad accounts (e.g. connect ad accounts into SA360, link CM360 and DV360, or similar)
- Project management involving several different people and/or teams
- Working with offshore teams
- Documenting processes
- Owning user management across a large set of ad accounts (including security and hygiene checks)
This is not an activation role. It’s for someone who understands that the quality of platform setup is what ultimately drives performance and wants to own that layer at scale.
