Legal Counsel - over £100k + bonus

S&H are working exclusively with a top tier financial technology business in Central London with an excellent and collegiate legal team.

Our client is looking to hire a strong commercial lawyer to undertake a position with a great deal of breadth and variety as the organisation continues to grow and evolve.

Responsibilities

• Wide variety of commercial support including technology and procurement. Working on partnership and collaboration agreements.
• Some support on corporate governance matters with the General Counsel and the Company Secretary.
• Help manage the IP portfolio with an external provider.
• Support on intragroup agreements regarding IP, Privacy and other key areas.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with top academics.
• 3-5 Years of PQE (guide only).
• Extensive Commercial/Corporate experience.
• In-house experience via current position or secondment would be useful.
