Platform Engineer – Cloud Data Platforms (Azure / Databricks)

About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused Platform Engineer to join the Data Platform team and help scale their Enterprise Data Lakehouse. If you love writing production-quality code, automating cloud architecture, and working with cutting-edge data tech, we want you.

What You’ll Do:

• Build & Optimize: Design cloud-native platform functionality and scalable data pipelines within Azure/Databricks.
• Automate: Drive CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices, and platform operations.
• Enhance: Improve pipeline performance, resilience, cost efficiency, and enterprise security.

What We’re Looking For:

• Azure & Databricks: Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Azure and hands-on Databricks exposure.
• Python Skills: Solid Python development for automation and platform tooling.
• Infrastructure as Code: Practical knowledge of Terraform.
• Engineering Standards: Experience in Agile teams writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
