Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories for SharePoint , Teams , and the Power Platform .
• Collaborate with IT and business units to deliver solutions that boost efficiency.
• Design and deploy Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI for process automation and analytics.
• Conduct gap analyses and propose improvements.
• Lead training and support for SharePoint sites , Teams Channels , and Power Platform tools.
• Manage product backlogs and assist in release planning.
• Champion governance and best practices around data security , access control , and content management .
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend new features.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience with Microsoft collaboration tools .
• Skilled in business analysis and user adoption strategies.
